Challenge #6: Vulnerability in Practice

Some say that a willingness to be vulnerable is a prerequisite for living a happy, creative life and that contrary to what we've been taught, the ability to be vulnerable is a sign of great strength. How has your practice made you vulnerable? Have you changed your stance toward the good and ill that comes your way? Do you interact with people differently? Do you see yourself and the world in a way that feels less protected? Do the changes feel good, or are they scary? Is there a change you long for but fear? Send your poetry, prose, or images for the next issue of Just This by January 15, 2013.
